This cake is considered an energetic snack due to its peanut butter and honey; Therefore, it can produce a lot of energy for active children, thin people and the elderly with anorexia. Of course, it is better to limit its consumption for diabetics and those who are overweight.
Ingredients:
Half a glass of peanut butter
1 glass of honey
3 eggs
Half a teaspoon of vanilla or grated lemon peel
1/75 cup flour
2.5 teaspoons baking powder
0.25 teaspoons salt
Preparation method:
-Turn on the oven 15 minutes before cooking and preheat to 175 degrees Celsius.
-Mix honey with peanut butter and mix with a spoon.
-Add vanilla and eggs to honey and peanut butter and mix again.
-In a bowl of flour, mix the baking powder and salt, add to the cake ingredients and mix.
-Pour the cake ingredients in a square shape in dimensions of 20 cm and put it in the oven for 35 minutes to bake.
